30 Day Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received, unused and unworn
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as order number or receipt
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@getsnugly.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost return parcels.
Non Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code, unless faulty
- Items that have been used, washed, or are not in original condition
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getsnugly.com with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no charge.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at support@getsnugly.com.
