Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum order required.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Europe, including the Netherlands. 5 to 8 business days
  • United States and Canada. 7 to 12 business days
  • United Kingdom. 6 to 10 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand. 8 to 14 business days
  • Rest of World. 8 to 16 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your Snugly has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days, please contact us at support@getsnugly.com.

Shipping From

All Snugly orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Hangzhou, China. This allows us to keep prices competitive while maintaining product quality. The company is registered and operated in the Netherlands under the name Marketfy (KvK: 73652687).

Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your local authorities. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you have concerns.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@getsnugly.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
